Jens va pour payer au bureau du port, mais le gars est occupé et lui dit de revenir plus tard. Nous allons voir la presqu’ile au bout de la ville où il y a un phare puis montons un « col » (pas haut) et redescendons de l’autre côté pour aller à une plage au nord de la ville, belle grande plage déserte. Baignade agréable, mais le temps est gris, on ne voit guère le soleil, et retour au bateau. Les voisins nous disent que le faux chef de port est venu leur dire qu’un ferry arrive demain à 15 h et qu’eux et nous devons déménager mais que nous pourrons revenir à la même place après le départ du ferry à 17 h. Il conseille d’aller ancrer dans la baie entre 15 h et 17 h. Bon, on verra. Nous invitons Nic et Ursula, les voisins, à diner. Dans l’après-midi, nous allons à une plage au sud de la ville, mais c’est moins joli que ce matin. Jens fait des courses et met un plat de côtelettes d’agneau et de pommes de terre au four. Nic et Ursula arrivent, nous nous régalons et passons une excellente soirée. Ils vivent dans la partie italienne de la Suisse mais sont germanophones d’origine. Très sympa. Ils partent vers 22 h 15 et nous faisons la vaisselle, puis au lit.

Jens goes to pay at the port office, but the guy is busy and tells him to come back later. We ride to see the peninsula at the end of the town where there is a lighthouse then climb a "pass" (not high) and go down on the other side to go to a beach north of the town, a beautiful large deserted beach. Pleasant swimming, but the weather is gray, we hardly see the sun, and return to the boat. The neighbors tell us that the unofficial harbor master has come to tell them that a ferry is coming tomorrow at 3 p.m. and that they and we have to move but that we can come back to the same place after the ferry leaves at 5 p.m. He advises us to anchor in the bay between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Alright, we'll see. We invite Nic and Ursula, the neighbors, to dinner. In the afternoon, we go to a beach south of the city, but it is less pretty than this morning. Jens goes shopping and puts a dish of lamb chops and potatoes in the oven. Nic and Ursula arrive, we enjoy the good dinner and spend a great evening. They live in the Italian part of Switzerland but are of German origin. Very nice. They leave around 10:15 p.m. and we do the dishes, then go to bed.
